Ideas

*Use a room in the Miller Center library.

*Look professional.
*Be seated at an angle, not face to face, because it is awkward and feels like confrontation
*Learn about their culture and how to communicate with other people from that culture
*Do not let the interview get tense; it must be neutral.
*If they have opposing views to mine, I will remain quiet, nod, and ask other questions off of that. I will not argue with them about it because it is their own opinion and they are entitled to it.
